Did you buy too much bread in lead up to the ‘Beast from the East’? Fret not, we have a delicious and easy recipe to help use up all of that bread.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
60ml of milk
4 slices of bread
Beat the egg in a shallow dish. Adding in the vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in the milk. Dip the bread into the mixture to coat both sides evenly. Cook bread on greased pan on a medium heat until both sides have browned. You can add cream, Nutella and berries to make this dish even more heavenly. Enjoy and bon appetit!
